George Zimmerman’s Wife Calls 911 in Alleged Domestic Dispute

George Zimmerman’s cloud of aggressive behavior surfaced once again today, this time against his wife Shellie Zimmerman and father-in-law, David Bryant Dean.

According to CNN, Mrs. Zimmerman texted George Zimmerman this morning, alerting him that she was going to the home the couple once shared to pick up some of her things.  George Zimmmerman arrived at the home with a friend while Mrs. Zimmerman and her father, Dean were present.  Dean is the owner of the couple’s previous residence.

Zimmerman reportedly got into a heated debate with Mrs. Zimmerman and Dean, punching Dean in the nose and smashing Shellie Zimmerman’s iPad.

Mrs. Zimmerman filed for divorce last week.  The filing falls on the heels of Mrs. Zimmerman’s guilty plea in Seminole County on August 28, 2013 for perjury charges regarding a bond hearing for George Zimmerman’s trial in April of 2012.  Mrs. Zimmerman stated that the couple was broke, but evidence to the contrary revealed that the couple had received approximately $135,00 in donations during that time.

Mrs. Zimmerman’s call to 911 this morning captured the statements,  “He’s in his car and he continually has his hand on his gun, and he’s saying, ‘Step closer.’ He’s just threatening all of us with his firearm.”

She continued, “I don’t know what he’s capable of. I’m really, really scared,” she says.

Police detained Mr. Zimmerman, interviewed him, and let him go.  Zimmerman offered police video surveillance of the couple’s former home.

It is reported that Mrs. Zimmerman has decided to not press charges against George Zimmerman.
